After the resounding success of the inclusion of healthy and nutritious lunches in the courses fees of the Junior Summer Courses last year – they are back again this year!

Each day sailors will be given a healthy menu to choose from for the following day by their instructors who will be outlining the virtues of a healthy diet and suitable foods for sailing activities. Sailors and coaches alike will be served delicious, wholesome food that has been freshly prepared by the club’s chefs and will eat together with the aim of an inclusive and social atmosphere.
It is hoped that parents and Club members will join sailors and Instructors for lunch in order to experience the buzz that surrounds the summer courses.
