Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council have received an application from Green Means Go, Marketing and Event Management to temporarily close the roads listed below on Sunday, 8th May, 2016.
The Wings For Life Charity Run will take the following route: Newtownsmith, Link Road, Glasthule Road, Sandycove Road, Breffni Road, Harbour Road, Leslie Avenue, Coliemore Road, Sorrento Terrace, Vico Road, Strathmore Road, Station Road, Seafield Road, Killiney Hill Road, Shanganagh Road, Dublin Road.
A Traffic Management Plan will be in place and diversions will be signposted.
It is proposed that the roads, within the Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council Area will be temporarily closed from 11.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. to facilitate the race.
Road Closures and the diversion of Traffic will be under the Control of the Gardaí and will be clearly signposted. Local access will be maintained.
