ISA Now Irish Sailing

Dear All

We are writing to let you know that the Irish Sailing Association has undergone a brand refresh and will now be called Irish Sailing.

Over the last number of years, the ISA has undergone a number of changes as part of our strategic plan. To underline these changes and as a result of feedback received, we have decided to refresh the ISA logo. Irish Sailing is more modern and welcoming,  immediately understood by non-sailors and international audiences alike, and more appealing to those who might like to try our sports.

From today, you’ll start to see the refreshed brand being introduced (on our website, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram etc). It will then be gradually rolled out across all our documents, products and printed materials (such as flags, banner, and clothing) over the rest of the year. So for a while, you will see both the old ISA logo and the new Irish Sailing logo.

Sailing is defined in our constitution as an activity involving engine or sail powered craft, and we remain the national governing body for sailing, powerboating, and windsurfing, and as ISA in our memoranda and articles.

You can find the new artwork and guidelines on how to use it on our website www.sailing.ie/irish-sailing-branding. You can use this immediately on your own websites, digital channels and documents. In order to spread the word, we would ask that you include a paragraph about the refresh in your newsletters, using the explanation attached.

We hope you like the refreshed logo and look forward to working with you in the future.

Yours sincerely
