The DMYC intends to run its ‘Christmas Cracker’ on December 27th building on the success of this unique event, first held on the same date last year with the kind permission of the Harbour Master.
With the recent demolition of the Ice House, they plan to place the marks as far inshore as possible to maximise the spectator value.
This is an ‘Open’ event and dinghy sailors from all clubs are welcome to participate. Hopefully Championship winning Eve Mcmahon will return to defend her win in the event last year, and give the local Aero Fleet who currently dominate the Frostbite PY fleet, some real competition.
