The fledging Topper class is alive and well at RSTGYC. Our boats have attended most Topper Ireland Events this year and have brought home many prizes.
Toppers are an ISA pathway boat and are ideal for teenagers who love single handed sailing. We are keen to increase our numbers and welcome all enquiries to rstgyctoppers@gmail.com or 087-2560664.
Training is available either by joining up with NYC as we did last year or we will organise our own training if we have sufficient numbers.
Upcoming Topper events include the Leinsters in Skerries on 18/19 June, Nationals in RCYC on 1/3 July and the Worlds in Ballyholme YC on 24-29 July. The events are open to all Topper sailors and no pre-qualification is necessary.
