The DMYC hosted the Ruffian National Championship 2016 over the weekend of the 16th and 17th of July. Some video footage of Ripples (407) which dis-masted in the first race of the Championship, taking the class captain out of contention, while Diane 2 sailed by Chris Helme from RStGYC secured 3 wins of the 4 races in everything from 30 knot gusts to 5 knots average wind!
