Daniel J Nolan, author of ‘Democracy: The Curse of Cromwell’ will be giving a talk in your Club on the 24th November titled: “Teia Tephi: The Princess from over the Seas” followed by supper.
This talk will discuss the forgotten hero, Queen Teia Tephi of Ireland and the epic narrative poem and autobiography covering her life, seeking to answer the question: Queen Teia Tephi (583 – 534 BC) and the Tuatha Dé Danaan . . . Fact or Fiction?
This event will begin at 7pm, with the presentation followed by supper, for just €25 pp.
Copies of “Clippers: The Ships that Shaped the World” will also be for sale on the night.
