They will be focusing on how excellence in sailing and other sports may be achieved by the use of Japanese Zen and Mindfulness Techniques.
Get your mind as fit as your body to maximise your sailing performance

Felicity trained in Japan and was the official psychologist to the Irish Olympic Team for the Barcelona, Athens and Sydney Games. She is currently advising the Paralympic archery team for the Tokyo 2020 Games.
