SUMMARY:Visit to Glasnevin Cemetary & National Botanical Gardens of Ireland
DESCRIPTION:An interesting opportunity to join us in Glasnevin Cemetery for refreshments in the Milestone Gallery ‘s private room with wonderful views.  The guided tour (about 90minutes) includes visiting  historical graves  of Parnell and many famous people who built Ireland today;   a visit to the museum;  and a 200 step ascent to  the O’Connell tower (optional).  Enjoy lunch either in the Cemetery Restaurant or the Botanics Restaurant or in one of the many famous pubs nearby.  At 2.30pm there will be a guided tour of the National Botanic Gardens.  There are nearly 50 acres and over 17\,000 different plant species.  The Rose Garden and the Herbeaceous borders should be at their best at this time of year.
