NOTICE is hereby given that an Annual General Meeting of the Irish Sailing Association will be held at Howth Yacht Club at 1130 hrs. on 25^th March 2017.

1. Minutes of the Annual General Meeting 9^th April 2016 & Extraordinary General Meeting of 28^th November 2016.

 

1. To receive the President’s Report

 

1. To consider the Company’s Financial Statements and the Reports of the Auditors for the year ended 31^st December 2016

 

1. To authorise the Directors to fix the Remuneration of the Auditors.

 

1. Election of President

The President of the Board is elected annually in accordance with article 57

1. Election of Directors.

 

1. Any Other Business.
