DELETE the first two sentenses of SI 9 and replace with the following –
Marks 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 will be BLACK inflatables.
The Start Mark will be an ORANGE Dan-buoy with an orange flag.

NOR 1.5 is deleted.
RRS Appendix P shall apply as modified by these SI’s thus all protests will go to arbitration initially.
If a party is not present at an arbitration meeting, any party that was present may take a Post-Race Penalty at any time until the protest committee has completed taking evidence. This changes RRS T1 (a).
