"I would like to congratulate all who were involved in putting yesterday evening together (Fine Wine Dinner with Chateau Phelan Segur) and making it the incredible success it turned out to be. It goes without saying that the wines were excellent and perfectly chosen., but the real piece de resistance was the food. The portions and presentation were perfect and it tasted so delicious. With hand on heart, I can say that that was singularly one of the best meals I have had this year. The entire evening ran like clockwork thanks to all the hard work of all on the evening. They should take a bow."
